How we work
01 / Brief
Tell me the purpose, audience, deadline and references. For a physical object, include dimensions and quantity.
02 / Scope & quote
We agree deliverables, revision rounds, total costs, timing and payment terms before work starts.
03 / Make & review
Photography, production, design or printing follows the agreed brief. Proofs and prototypes are used where needed and included as agreed.
04 / Deliver
Receive the agreed files or physical pieces. Handover, delivery and any ongoing support follow the written scope.
Discover → Research → Evaluate → Design → Test → Implement → Improve
For redevelopment, I begin with what already exists: what works, what fails and whose needs are underserved. Discovery and research may take approximately two weeks, depending on scope, access and participant availability. A smaller project uses proportionate research; a full survey is not mandatory for every website.
Agree the intended tasks, stakeholders, constraints, budget and success measures. Audit existing content, systems, URLs and essential services.
Use agreed interviews, surveys, analytics and usability assessment. Explore demographic and psychographic context, audience segments and evidence-informed personas; avoid stereotypes.
Compare targeted fixes, content restructuring, platform changes and redevelopment. Present cost, accessibility, maintainability and technical trade-offs, then recommend a feasible route.
Shape information architecture, content strategy, brand identity and visual storytelling into responsive UI and task flows. Keep key actions easy to find.
Check prototypes and agreed journeys, mobile layouts, keyboard access, forms and language clarity. User testing is planned where included, with limitations recorded.
Build the approved solution, preserve agreed URLs and integrations, check content and permissions, and hand over administrator access and editing guidance.
Review agreed measures after launch, prioritise useful changes and document what the evidence supports. Further work follows the accepted support scope.
A prioritised audit, audience and task map, content structure, feasible alternatives with trade-offs, and a recommended scope. The written package records included research, survey dates, recommendations and deliverables so included preparation does not become a surprise extra.
Where suitable data exists, I can use time-series analysis, regression and comparative metrics to examine trends or model possible improvements. Seasonality, campaigns, missing data and sample size matter. A forecast is a scenario with assumptions, not a verified result; a before/after difference alone does not prove a redesign caused it. No specific sales, conversion or ranking increase is promised.
Yes. A sketch, reference, purpose or short description is enough to start the conversation. Feasibility, design work and cost are confirmed before production.
The shop holds current fixed packages and 3D-printing guide budgets. Custom projects are quoted after reviewing the brief. Equipment, third-party charges, travel and delivery are included only when specified.
Ask with your deadline and delivery postcode. Same-day work depends on the design, print queue, successful checks and delivery availability; it must be confirmed in writing.
The shop lists a nominal 250 × 250 × 250 mm per-part envelope. Usable space depends on orientation and supports. Larger assemblies, close-fit parts and prototypes require individual review.
No walk-in visits or home collection. This is a private working space. Courier, local rider delivery or hand delivery may be arranged as stated in the quote.
Service fees are waived by default for animal-welfare, mental-health and Buddhist organisations unless they voluntarily offer payment. Other NGOs are considered case by case. Availability, tier limits and third-party costs follow the shop’s CSR terms.
Start a project
A rough idea is a perfectly good starting point. Send the purpose, deadline and a few references, and we’ll take it from there.
